On Thursday, July 26, 2018, we invited a few clients and partners in our Shanghai office for a breakfast and short talk on the topic of “Social Marketing and Omni-Channel Approach to Win Your Customers”. We are so happy that everyone came amidst their busy schedules.
In the session, Serene Tan (Managing Director of China), Alan Zhao (Head of Performance Marketing of China) and Kevin Cheung (Senior Consultant of Greater China) presented their subject matter expertise on how data and analytics can boost a brand’s social marketing efforts inside and outside China. A couple of case studies were also shown on how Artefact has delivered such solutions to some of our top clients.
The session ended with an interactive Q&A session. The audiences were so engaged with the topic that the session had to be extended for 30 minutes more to accommodate everyone’s questions, especially on the topic of Social CRM Management via WeChat.
