Our company outing at Moganshan was A-level fun!

Last September 13th, NetBoosterAsia Artefact team traveled to the beautiful Zhejiang Mogan Mountain for 3 days for our annual company outing!

Every year, we embark on a journey – a unique, out of town team building experience to celebrate the success and growth of our business, have a strong bonding with each team member, as well as align ourselves on the goals and key focuses of our business in the future.

This year, the focus is to align the whole team on our strong Data Marketing and Data Consultancy service offering and how we should be positioning ourselves to our clients in this competitive era of the data revolution in China.

As our CEO of Artefact APAC, Pascal Duriez and Managing Director China Serene Tan puts it “with data explosion in China, the challenge comes along with opportunities. BAT is working in silos. Hence, our job is data integration and what we do is Data Marketing.”

Edouard de Mezerac, our new Head of Data & Consulting APAC also gave a speech about Data Consultancy and its relevance to addressing our clients’ business issues and how we can use it to further enhance our team’s media and creative expertise.

The fun part of the event was, of course, the hiking and rafting activities and Moganshan did not disappoint us. Despite the occasional rainfalls, the team braved the slippery roads of Mt. Mogan culminating in a group picture taking at the top of the mountain. We also did some games and raffle draws at night. And yes, there was a lot of booze and partying involved in our 2 nights stay at the beautiful Dreamlohas hotel. 🙂

In the end, a big thank you to our “Outing Committee” for organizing such a wonderful outing! We were amazed by the considerate preparation for the trip such as sunscreen cream, medicines, and even snacks and drinks, as well as Artefact’s t-shirt and goodie bags!

It was another memorable trip and we all look forward to our next team building activity. Who knows where we are going next. Just stay tuned! 😉
